The International Automotive Technician’s Network (or iATN) is a group of over 75,000 of the best technicians, managers and repair shop owners from around the world. There are certain requirements necessary to join iATN, and the group tends to attract some of the most skilled and passionate people in our industry. Membership in this group has been, and continues to be, very valuable for us. Through the group, members can:

• Discuss a wide range of topics, including shop management; service and repair procedures; new training opportunities; new vehicle technology; tools and equipment; issues facing our industry; and much more.
• Provide a second opinion or help other members with the weirdest or most difficult vehicle problems, who can appeal to the group with a “help request”.
• Help to compile (and access) the world’s largest collection of technician-captured service information, including oscilloscope waveforms; diagrams; photos and other test results.
