We schedule all waiting appointments for 8:00 AM. Getting your vehicle into the service bays first thing in the morning ensures that you won’t be waiting longer than necessary if a job ahead of yours runs into delays; something that certainly can happen in this dynamic and challenging trade. In our comfortable client lounge you’ll enjoy free WiFi, entertainment streaming and a selection of complimentary hot and cold beverages.

While we strive to deliver unmatched quality and attention to detail, this means that our service isn’t always fast! For clients who choose to wait, we cannot offer some of our normal extras like vehicle washing and complimentary wheel re-torquing. Looking for other ways to make your service experience more convenient? We also offer after-hours dropoff and pickup, a complimentary shuttle service within Airdrie and even complimentary courtesy cars.
